The 1-leg boob pullover is a nice difference on a classic. It’ll lends a rotary stability challenge to what is normally considered an upper figure and anterior core teach. I’m exerting this alteration a bit more this time of year( with throwing volume and severity ramping up ), as you can get a good discipline gist with less external loading.
We’ll often curriculum this for 3-4 provides of 4-5 reps per surface. It pairs well with exercises that aren’t concrete push or pull employs: Turkish Get-ups, kettlebell windmills, and bottoms-up kettlebell carries.
